1 hour AM swim @ SC. 189.4 post. Water felt premo. Tried new speedo swim cap. Took a bit to get it and the goggles synchronized. Had my own key to the pool this AM as well thanks to Susan. Least they got the fence-jumpin speedo dude a way in! ;-) #tri #IM
