59.03 min/15.56 mi mtn bike ride (PM). Vanilla #hammer gel & #Propel kiwi strawberry. Good ride on base n the neighborhood. Legs felt goos throughout. Boned it pretty bad this AM but the PM session was better.

hour/7.16 mi AM run. Legs got heavy @ end. Wanted 2 stop but pressed on anyway. Note 2 self: use gel next time. Must continue to stress the system to encourage adaptation. That being said, it's gotta be done the right way or at very least the smart way. I know! The right smart way! That's the ticket. . #tri #IM0

70 min AM swim @ SC. Good legs & arms. Water and air both cooler. The ride back to the house is more of a chiller. Stars out and bright this AM. 192# post swim. #tri #IM

Sat 28 Aug 10 (PM)

2 hour / 40 mile tri bike ride to Chaney Road (N of Woodbine). Legs felt good throughout and finished strong. Light drizzle start to finish so no ipod. Visited several bike shops on the way back fm Orlando earlier today. There are some spendy bikes out there (5K+).

PM session @ SC 1hr lap swim. Light sprinkles @ start. H2O is cooling, slowly. Fitness in the swim dept is rising. Jo started the swim w/ me but went home about 40 min in. #tri #IM

Nice 1 hour tempo swim (after going back home for the key that is). Ramping up the speed to get the fast twitch muscles engaged.
