hour/7.16 mi AM run. Legs got heavy @ end. Wanted 2 stop but pressed on anyway. Note 2 self: use gel next time. Must continue to stress the system to encourage adaptation. That being said, it's gotta be done the right way or at very least the smart way. I know! The right smart way! That's the ticket. . #tri #IM0
